You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within the statutory withdrawal period without providing a reason. This allows you to cancel your order and return the products if you change your mind.
You can submit a withdrawal request using the form on this page. The form can be used by both registered customers and guest customers.
Logged-in customers
If you have an account and placed your order while logged in, you will see a dropdown list of your recent orders. From there, you can select the order you wish to withdraw from and submit your request directly.
You can also access your full order history via your account.
Guest customers
If you do not have an account, or if you checked out as a guest, you can still use the same form. In this case, you will be asked to enter your order number and the billing email address used for the purchase so we can identify your order.
After submitting your request
Once your withdrawal request has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation and further instructions regarding the return process.
- The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive your order.
- Some products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal (for example: custom-made or personalised items).
- If your order contains products from multiple museums, your return instructions may differ per item.
- Once your request is submitted, you will receive instructions on how and where to return the products.
