Response to Notice
If we take action based on your notice, we will notify the user or content provider and give them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice if they believe the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Filing a Counter-Notice
If a vendor’s content has been removed or disabled, and they believe this action was mistaken, they can submit a counter-notice.
After submitting their counter-notice, we will review it and may restore the removed content within 10 business days unless the original complainant files a legal action seeking a court order to restrain the vendor from engaging in the infringing activity.
