  2. Do your articles fit into one of the existing categories? If this is not the case, we would like to hear which article it concerns so that we can add a category if necessary.
  3. Do your articles have a GTIN (also known as EAN) or ISBN?
  4. Can you deliver within 1-8 working days?
  5. Can you answer customer questions within 24 hours?
  6. Do you meet the service standards? max. 2% cancellations, deliver on time, track & trace number, reachable by phone.

  • Museums are responsible for their own range.
  • Customers can return orders. This also applies to large items that need to be picked up.
  • DMGS pays you automatically per calendar month.
  • Prices of your items are in line with the market.
  • Museums are responsible for the product descriptions and images accompanying their articles.
