Why journaling?
Journaling is a wonderful tool to help you gain insight into your brain. It is easy to get caught up in daily tasks and rush through the week, and we don’t always pay attention to everything our minds are chattering about. Taking the time to write things down doesn’t only clear the mind; it also invites us to stand still and check in with whatever is going on inside.
Usage Instructions
Grab your favorite journal and find a peaceful spot. Now get comfortable: light a candle, make yourself a cup of tea. Then shuffle the cards and pick one randomly. The cards where designed to help you journal about different topics. It’s important to remember there is no right or wrong way to do this, go with whatever feels rigth and hopefully you will fall in love with it.
