About the original work
The Groningen painter Egbert van Drielst (1745-1818) visited Drenthe as a young boy. He was moved by the landscape and also visited the province later in his career to gain inspiration. With his almost exotic vision of the province, Van Drielst has made an important contribution to the formation of the visual identity of Drenthe. The Drents Museum has many drawings and prints by his hand, but only two paintings.
Additional information
This painting by Egbert van Drielst is reproduced as a Giclée using an advanced 12-color printer that sprays the pigment inks onto the canvas or paper, layer by layer. Due to this large color spectrum and the high resolution, the original is very closely approximated. The pigment inks used are UV-resistant, so no discoloration can occur. The colors always remain beautiful and that is why we give an unlimited warranty! You can order Giclées framed or unframed.
