The Moninckx atlas was made between 1686 en 1709. Jan Moninckx painted most of the 420 large watercolor paintings paper, depicting the plants of the Hortus Amsterdam on parchment. But also Maria Moninckx, possibly his daughter, and other painters contributed to this masterpiece of Dutch botanical pictures in the 17th century.

This print of the sweet potato vine was printed with Canons innovative 12-color LUCIA PRO- ink on high quality 180 gram paper. The print is highly uv proof and waterproof.
