This painting by Tord Boontje is reproduced as a Giclée with an advanced 12-color printer that sprays the pigment inks onto the canvas or paper, layer by layer. Due to this large color spectrum and the high resolution, the reproduction is very close to the original.
The pigment inks used are UV-resistant, so that no discoloration can occur. The colors always remain beautiful and that is why we give an unlimited guarantee! You can order Giclees framed and unframed.
Our custom prints and canvases have a longer lead time, they take 4 to 5 working days to prepare before they can be shipped.
About the original work
In 2017, Studio Tord Boontje was asked by Naturalis Biodiversity Center and Neutelings Riedijk Architects to design large scale graphic images for their new museum building. These images are printed on acoustic panels, light boxes and functional panels.
Each image is a visual story, celebrating the wonder and variety of the natural world.
Over 100 panels were created which are installed throughout the museum. These panels vary in size from an average of 1.2 × 3 metres to the largest panel at 27 metres long.
