Synopsis
A family leaves the hectic and patterns of the contemporary world behind and embarks on the journey of a lifetime. Together with their three children, they travel to the far corners of the earth in search of a new perspective on life and the world around us. Without a crew, without a clear plan, but each with a camera and a backpack, and the curiosity to listen. During their five-year adventure, they live with and in the company of different tribes on six continents. They film their encounters with the Earth Keepers. They are those who still live in connection and harmony with the earth, the source of our existence.
After living in isolation for a long time, the Earth Keepers see that it is time to share their insights and wisdom with those who are willing to listen. The film reveals the profound wisdom inherent in conversations with these tribal elders and sages. Many of them have not been interviewed before. The documentary reveals the life-changing impact that these kinds of encounters can have.
