- LOCAL We purchase the (FSC) wood from Staatsbosbeheer. They cut down trees to keep forests varied and future-proof for people, plants and animals.
- SOCIAL The wooden animals are produced by Stichting Stunt, a social enterprise from Delft for people who (due to circumstances) are not yet ready for regular work. The finishing is done in Penitentiary Institutions. Detainees learn subject-specific skills here and receive industry-recognized certificates, so that they have the prospect of a job after their detention.
